Sometimes you just need space to think.

Coaching gives you the time and perspective to work out what matters.

My name is Lucy de Latour. I’m a former lawyer turned executive and leadership coach.

A step up in leadership. A difficult relationship. A significant decision. A change in direction. The everyday pressures of professional life.

Coaching is valuable in a range of circumstances. It can be particularly useful when things are going well, but something important lies ahead.

It gives you a confidential space to challenge your thinking, gain perspective and make decisions with confidence.

I work with experienced professionals across a range of fields, with particular expertise in the legal profession. This includes coaching for lawyers navigating the transition to partnership, new partners finding their feet, and those returning to practice after parental leave.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in law, including as a partner and board member, to every conversation, along with an approach that is practical and candid.

I’m based in Ōtautahi Christchurch and work with clients throughout New Zealand.

READY TO TALK?

You don't need to have it all worked out or have a perfectly defined problem before you get in touch.

Let's have a confidential conversation about where you are, what you're thinking about and whether coaching might be useful.
