A different perspective. An honest conversation. A place to think.

Good coaching isn't about having all the answers.

It's about creating the kind of conversation where you can say what you're really thinking, examine what's happening from a different perspective, and work out what matters.

I'm not interested in giving you a ten-step formula for success. I'm interested in what is actually going on for you. What you want to achieve. What's getting in the way. And what you might not be seeing yet.

HOW I WORK

A woman with dark brown hair, light skin, and blue eyes smiling, dressed in a blue top and gray blazer, standing with arms crossed against a plain white background.
  • A graphic illustrating the evolution of the COVID-19 virus with progressively larger virus particle icons from left to right.

    Thoughtful

We take the time to understand what’s really happening, rather than rushing towards a solution.

  • Illustration of a teal triangle with a black outline.

    Candid

I’ll tell you what I see. I won’t simply agree with you because it is easier.

  • Illustration of a person sitting at a desk using a laptop, with a cup and stationery nearby.

    Curious

We’ll look beneath the obvious problem and explore assumptions, relationships and dynamics that may be shaping it.

  • A green square with rounded edges on a black background.

    Practical

Insight is useful. Knowing what to do with it is better. Where it helps, we’ll turn the conversation into practical steps.

Coaching with me is a confidential, one-to-one conversation.

I'll listen carefully. I'll ask questions. I'll challenge you when I think it will be useful. And I'll tell you what I see, without judgement.

We'll focus on what's important to you, with enough structure to make the time useful and enough flexibility to follow where the conversation needs to go.

Because careers are rarely as straightforward as they look from the outside.

The difficult parts are often the unwritten things: relationships, expectations, influence, confidence, competing priorities and the unspoken dynamics of professional life.

That's where having someone independent to talk to can be particularly valuable.

What to expect

START WITH A CONVERSATION

You don't need to have a clear goal before you contact me.

Sometimes you know exactly what you want to work through. Sometimes you simply know that something isn't quite right.

Either is a good place to start.

Let's have a confidential conversation about where you are and what you're thinking about.
